My career as a chef could certainly not have been forethought and it has been amazing to date.  I have been priveleged to meet and work with so many wonderful, interesting and talented people along the way.  I have always challenged myself and now have a wealth of knowledge in the industry and am grateful to have been involved with some high profile brands and projects, helping to build them from the ground up - watching each and every venue grow to it's fullest potential.   I continue to consult and share my knowledge on projects that excite and inspire me.  Damian Heads, Chef Sydney Australia.
